AGENTS, PAY, ETC
We pay referral fee by check the day following a successful shoot. Don't bother with invoices, you will get our check before we get your invoice.

We expect agents to get their girl through the door, on time, with their original ID (no photocopies), prepared, RESTED and with a good attitude. If I think a girl has been up all night partying or escorting I will simply cancel the shoot. In exchange for agent's good performance we do not give the girl any referrals behind your back nor give her contact information to any other producers.  Any inquiries about the girl are referred back to the agent or agency.

SET ENVIRONMENT
We are well organized and move as quickly as the model moves. We encourage the girl to finish early. We do not party and there are no alcohol or drugs allowed on set, nor can anyone run to and from their car for secret hits or drinks. We do have water and soft drinks available and we even feed everyone.
